Accommodations were fine and excellent value.

Outside lock did not work properly when I arrived. It had to be reprogrammed. It was very sparse but this is what you get for the price.

Arrived and appeared not to be open. Put in 4 different rooms before they realized doors needed reprogrammed. Manager playing video game on TV in lobby with maintenance man. Pool appeared to have been closed years ago closed sign on it. One inch gap under door to room. Fragrance odor dispenser in corner of room. Rooms to left and right occupied by long term residence wine bottles everywhere. We put chair under door in addition to locking door. Did not receive key card to door until we arrived back at hotel at midnight we attended concert that evening. Breakfast was toast or bagel, apple or orange juice, and coffee. I would not have paid $5 for this room, but, we did not have much of choice as we had to wait an hour to even get in the room, and we were scheduled to meet friends at dinner before our show. Difficult to find; not well maintained.

The staff was helpful and addressed most of my concerns. just was a little bothered by the insects in the room and the loud neighbor I had. overall the hotel was ok and I understand things are out of the owners control like loud neighbors but the spiders running across my bed really upset me. but it was late so I did not make a fuss. ...read more
